Join us for some holiday hoops! This Saturday, come cheer on your Saint John Eagles as they take on the Waitsburg Cardinals. You won't want to miss the SJEL cheerleaders' festive halftime performance during the girls' game. Be sure to cheer loudly, because they will also be spreading holiday cheer by handing out sweet treats and decals throughout the games. You can test your basketball skills with the cheerleaders' pop-shot challenge. Plus, we'll be announcing the winners of the FFA cake raffle during the boys' halftime show. So, grab your family and friends and come on down to the game! Let's make it a night to remember!

THE EAGLES MINI CHEER CAMP (PreK-5th) 🦅📣🏀 Practices will be held: Monday, January 13th Wednesday, January 15th And Thursday, January 16th From 4pm-5:15pm in the St. John School Multipurpose Room. Performance will be Saturday, January 18th during the halftime of the Boy's Varsity home game in St. John. The game begins at 5:30pm, and the Eagles Cheer team will meet the Mini Cheerleaders on the stage at the beginning of the 2nd quarter. The Cost for camp is: $15 per Mini Cheerleader without a new shirt $30 with a new shirt If you would not like to purchase a camp shirt, we ask that Mini Cheerleaders be dressed in RED to show their school spirit! Completed forms are due with payment to the school office on or before Tuesday, January 7th Please Complete the attached form and return to the front office with payment. The Giving Tree NHS Service Project is in full swing, and there are still plenty of tags on all the trees. Trees are located at St. John School, Endicott School, and Webb's Empire Foods in St. John. We have many more families this year who need our help this holiday season. We would be very grateful if you could take a tag, or tags from one of the trees, and purchase the gift. The tags will be on the trees for one more week (through Tuesday, December 10). We have extended the date the gifts need to be purchased and turned in. That date is Friday, December 13. Please make sure all gifts are turned in no later than Friday, December 13. If you are unable to purchase a gift, cash donations are gladly accepted, and greatly appreciated. Cash donations may be turned in to the St. John School office, or the Endicott School office. Thank you so very much for your support of the Giving Tree project. 🦅🏐 Kate Hergert and Avery Fleming have been selected to play in the Washington State Volleyball Coaches Association (WSVCA) All State Match! This prestigious event will take place at Burlington-Edison High School on Sunday, December 8th. Additionally, Coach Jenn has been invited to coach the All State team, representing the 1B classification for the state of Washington. This is a tremendous honor and a testament to the program we have built. Key All State Match Information: Matches are scheduled as follows: 1B/2B/1A Classification: 10:30 AM 1B/2B/1A Classification: 12:30 PM 1A/2A/3A/4A Classifications: Either 2:30 PM or 4:30 PM (specific times will be confirmed later this week).
